Attorney Keith Greer brings more than three decades of legal leadership to Novus Revenue Solutions. As the founder and lead trial attorney of Greer & Associates, he has built a respected career defending physicians and healthcare organizations in high-impact matters involving professional liability, regulatory compliance, Medicare audits and billing disputes.
Beyond litigation, he has become a recognized voice in healthcare law. His work as a national lecturer, adjunct law professor and general counsel to major medical associations, including the California Podiatric Medical Association (CPMA) and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), has strengthened industry understanding of Medicare regulations. His educational contributions and published insights continue to influence compliance and legal preparedness across the healthcare sector.

Mr. Hamsavardhan Mohan
As a healthcare consultant turned entrepreneur, Mr. Mohan brings 17+ years of expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). He is the driving force behind Hamly Business Solutions (HBS), a company dedicated to setting a high standard in revenue cycle management.
With a strong background in medical billing, team leadership, business growth and innovation, Mr. Mohan has been key to HBS’ impressive journey from a small startup to a trusted leader in the medical billing industry. He is passionate about using technology to deliver top-notch service and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.
His journey, which began as an improbable dream with only a few clients, has now evolved into a symbol of success and perseverance, having billed literally billions of dollars for clients in multiple specialties across the country. In recognition of his success, he recently received the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award at Oxford Town Hall in the United Kingdom for his innovation and leadership in the very competitive and highly regulated medical billing and coding industry.
